Univit, d.o.o.

History of Univit d.o.o. goes back to 1961, when an association of food processing industry founded the company Univit. Univit was established for trading with grains and raw material for animal feed industry from imports and from  Yugoslav market.
In year 1992 Univit was transformed into Univit d.d.
During the following years it changed its name several times until in 2000 today's Univit d.o.o. was established.
New owners have reorganized the company and specialized it for trading with raw material for milling industry and raw material for animal feed industry.
In 2007 company was strenghtened with new colleagues and started trading with electrodes.
At the end of 2007 company purchased also warehouse in Žalec, to store raw material for milling industry and raw material for animal feed industry.
Company is trading in Slovenia, Italy, Hungary, South America, Croatia, BiH, Serbia, Montenegro and ocasionally in Slovakia and Czech Republic.
 
As from 31.12. 2010 the company employs 10 people.
